At NbN Perfumes, we want you to enjoy your fragrance purchase. Because perfumes and attars are personal-use products, we have a few simple guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Returns
We generally do not accept returns for perfumes or attars that have been opened, sprayed, or used.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us through WhatsApp and provide:
- Your order details
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the situation and guide you through the next steps.
Exchanges
An exchange may be offered if the wrong product was sent or the product arrived damaged or defective.
The product should remain unused and in its original packaging unless the issue itself requires otherwise.
Change of Mind
We understand that choosing a fragrance can sometimes be difficult. However, we cannot accept returns simply because you do not like the fragrance after opening or using it.
If you’re unsure about a scent, feel free to contact us before ordering. We will be happy to help you choose.
Important
Please check your package when you receive it and keep the original packaging until you are satisfied with your order.
